Flash - the fastest Man on
earth! The first man who called himself FLASH was the Chemistry-
and Physic student Jay Garrick. Jay got his speed through an accident
which happend in one of his experiments. He went into coma, and
when he wacked up again, he could move very fast! Jay was the founder
of the first Justice Society of America (members were Green Lantern,
Dr. Fate, Wonder Woman, Atom I, Sandman, Hourman, Hawkman and some
more)...After World War II, the JSA was dissolved. After a while,
Fiddler (enemy of Jay) was
able to put Keystone (hometown of Jay) in a kind of moved dimension,
which caused Keystone to be trapped in a timeless zone...This was
the end of Jay Garrick, the first Flash, until he was saved by the
next Flash...

Barry
Allen worked in a laboratory of the police in Central City, Missouri.The
story of Barry Allen is the mostr tragic of them all...He got his
forces when a lighting stroke in his Labor and Barry was covered with
some chemicals from his laboratory. One of the first thing Barry did,
was to free Keystone from the timeless zone it was trapped in (Barry
was a big fan of Jay Garrick!). Barry founded together with Green
Lantern, Black Canary, Aquaman and the Martian Manhunter the Justice
League of America.
On of his most powerfull opponents was Dr. Eobard Thawne alias Professor
Zoom from the future, the Reverse-Flash (or Negative Flash), who got
his speed through futuristic technology. He even killed Barry's wife
Iris West. Two years after Iris was dead, he started a relationship
with Fiona. At their marriage, Dr. Zoom showed up and wanted to kill
also Fiona. The only way Flash could stop this, was in killing Dr.
Zoom. Barry Allen was accused of murder, and he was sentenced to death!
But he was saved by the woman he thought she would be dead - Iris
West. Iris was infact cloned before her death! When Barry finally
thought, everything would be allright, Crisis on Infinite Earths started... |

- he lost his life! Flash II, Barry Allen, was dead! |

Now it was the time of Wally
West, the most recent Flash. As young boy (10 or so), he went to visit
his aunt Iris West, and there he met his big Idol Flash II. The story
repeated itself, as Wally West was hit by a lighting, exactly like
Barry Allen, in a laboratory... |

Wally West was for a long time
Kid Flash, until Barry Allen died. This is when he decided to be FLASH
III, in honour of his mentor FLASH II...But another tragedy happens
- in ZERO HOUR, also Wally West dies...or?! The death of Wally West
was not really his death, he just was so fast, that he reached a field
of speed, and came back again in ZERO MONTH! |
